HMC: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 8%/share (800 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 27/06/2025
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Hochiminh City Metal Corporation - Vnsteel from  27/06/2025 on weekdays (8.30am-11.30am, 1.30pm-5pm), level 2, HMC Tower, 193 Dinh Tien Hoang, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City. ID cards of receiver have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
