- Execution place: head office of Mekophar Chemical Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, 297/5 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 15, District 11, Hochiminh City
-  Form of opinion collection: Shareholders send a “Written Voting Form” according to the form issued by the Company (available on the Company’s website) and resend it to the Company in a sealed envelope.
-  Content of opinion collection: Postal ballot through the Board of Directors’ proposal to agree to exempt public tender for the transfer of shares of the Company’s shareholders.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
