TGG: Notice on stock status

On June 05, 2025, HNX announces the status of The Golden Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (UPCOM: TGG) as follows:
- TGG shares are out of trading restriction from June 09, 2025 according to Decision No. 702/QD-SGDHN dated June 05, 2025 because the Company submitted the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 and the audited Financial Statement 2023, 2024 to HNX as prescribed at Point b Section 5 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- TGG shares are under trading suspension following Decision No. 1333/QD-SGDHN dated December 22, 2023 due to the Company was forced into delisting out of serious violations on information disclosure according to Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government detailing the enforcement of a number of articles of the Law on Securities; belongs to the case of trading suspension according to Point đ Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
