CDN: Notice on maximum foreign ownership rate

Pursuant to Document No. 2077/UBCK-PTTT dated June 2, 2025 of the State Securities Commission sent to Da Nang Port Joint Stock Company (CDN) confirming that CDN determined the maximum SHNN ratio at 49% fully and validly according to the provisions of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities and requesting CDN to perform the obligation to disclose information on the SHNN ratio according to the provisions of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the disclosure of information on the stock market.
