CDP: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 9%/share (VND 900 per share).
- Payment time: 11/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting Department - Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company - Building 262L Le Van Sy, Ward 14, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City (on weekdays) starting from July 11, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
