Pursuant to Decision No. 715/QD-SGDHN dated 09/6/2025, HNX announces the stock is under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Vinam JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CVN
- Effective date: 11/6/2025
- Basis for consideration: Decision No. 553/QD-SGDHN dated May 19, 2025 of HNX on compulsory delisting of shares;
- Reason for being put on the restricted trading list: The organization registering for trading is a company that is subject to mandatory delisting according to the provisions of Point i, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP;
- Date of placing on restricted trading list: June 11, 2025;
- Stock with trading time restrictions: Can only be traded on Fridays every week;
- Applicable regulations: Point e, Clause 1, Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Transactions issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

-  CVN shares are under trading restriction based on Decision No. 715/QD-SGDHN dated June 9, 2025 because: The organization registering for trading is a company that is subject to mandatory delisting according to the provisions of Point i, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP, in the case of shares subject to restricted trading according to the provisions of Point e, Clause 1, Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities Transactions issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
