- Execution rate: 2:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 2 new shares for every right)
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
+ The number of additional shares issued to each existing shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest unit to ensure that the total number of shares distributed does not exceed the total number of shares registered for issuance.
+ The fractional shares arising from rounding down to the nearest unit of each shareholder (if any) will be accumulated.
- For example: On the record date for shareholders to exercise their rights, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 1001 shares. At that time, shareholder Nguyen Van A will be entitled to purchase newly issued shares corresponding to 1001*1/2 = 500.5 shares. After rounding down to the whole number the number of shares that shareholder A is entitled to buy is 500 shares. The fractional part of 0.5 shares arising from rounding down of shareholder A will be added together with the fractional parts of shares of many other shareholders.
+ Plan for handling remaining shares not fully distributed:
+ The remaining undistributed shares include:
·     The number of shares that existing shareholders did not register to buy or pay for.
·     The number of shares is the fractional member number arising from rounding down to the whole number and accumulated from many shareholders.
+ Handling plan:
·     The remaining undistributed shares will continue to be distributed to domestic investors who are existing shareholders and/or employees of the Company and/or other investors at a selling price not lower than the offering price to existing shareholders.
·     The remaining undistributed shares when distributed to other subjects according to the decision of the Board of Directors will be restricted from transfer within 01 (one) year from the date of closing the offering.
·     The handling of shares that investors do not register to buy, do not pay for, and odd shares must comply with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP.
·     In case the deadline for distributing shares expires according to the provisions of law (including the extended period, if any), if there are still undistributed shares, these undistributed shares will be canceled and the Board of Directors will decide to end the offering.
₋     Regulations on  right transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 14/07/2025 to 08/08/2025
+ Existing shareholders are allowed to transfer the purchase right 01 (one) time only to other entities within the prescribed period (the transferee of the purchase right is not allowed to transfer the purchase right to a third party).
+ Existing shareholders who are domestic investors are not allowed to transfer the purchase right to other foreign investors, but are only allowed to transfer the purchase right to domestic investors.
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 14/07/2025 to 13/08/2025
+ Shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at at the Head Office of Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (2nd Floor, AB Building, No. 76A Le Lai, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City - Tel: (+84 28) 3823 3299 - Fax: (+84 28) 3823 3301) or Hanoi Branch (1st and 2nd Floor, CornerStone Building, 16 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi - Tel: (+84 24) 3933 4844 - Fax: (+84 24) 3933 4822 (on weekdays) starting from July 14, 2025, ID cards, Shareholder Certificate have to be presented
