VNR: 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting; Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 24/07/2025
- Meeting venue: to be announced later
- Meeting agenda:
+ Dismissing Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang from the position of member of the Board of Directors of VINARE for 2025-2030 term;
+ Other issues (if any).
2. Payment of 2024 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (VND 1,000 per share).
- Payment time: 25/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation, address: 7th Floor - 141 Le Duan - Hoan Kiem District - Hanoi (on weekdays) starting from July 25, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
