On June 11, 2025, the State Securities Commission announced Notice No. 2021/UBCK-PTTT on the dossier announcing the maximum foreign ownership rate of Viet Thanh Plastic Trading and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company as follows:
The State Securities Commission has received a dossier announcing the maximum foreign ownership rate at Viet Thanh Plastic Trading and Manufacturing JSC (the Company) (HNX: VTZ) at 51%, fully and validly under Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government detailing guidelines to implement several articles of the Law on Securities (Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP).
The Company is requested to disclose information on the maximum foreign ownership rate as prescribed in Section 2 Article 13 of Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 by the Minister of Finance guiding the information disclosure on the securities market, exercising business activities per the scope of business registration and relevant legal regulations to ensure compliance with regulations on the foreign ownership rate on the securities market of Vietnam.
