6. Reason: Dividend payment by share
                + Exercise rate: 20% (shareholders are entitled to receive 20  new shares for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares each shareholder receives is rounded down to unit digit. The odd share will be cancelled).
                + Plan for handling fractional shares: The number of shares each shareholder is entitled to receive from the stock dividend issuance will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
Any fractional shares (decimal portion), if any, will be canceled and not issued.
                + For example: Shareholder A owns 118 shares as of the record date. With a rights exercise ratio o f 10:2, Shareholder A is entitled to receive 23.6 new shares. According to the above- mentioned rounding rule, the fractional share o f 0.6 will be canceled. Therefore, Shareholder A will receive 23 new shares.

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Tien Phong Plastic JSC on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
