DKC: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 11%/share (1.100 VND per share).
- Payment time: 14/07/2025
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Lang Son Market Joint Stock Company, Address at 4th Floor Dong Kinh Market, Vinh Trai Ward, Lang Son City, Lang Son Province (on working days from Monday to 11am every Saturday. Except for holidays as prescribed by the Labor Code) starting from 14/07/2025. ID cards, Share certificate/passbooks have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
