HFB: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Financial Accounting Department of Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Construction Joint Stock Company on working days of the week from Monday to Friday (morning from 8:30 to 11:30, afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30) starting from July 17, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.  The Company will not handle cases of receiving dividends on behalf of shareholders without Power of Attorney from shareholders in accordance with the provisions of law.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
