- Tentative Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of the dismissal and election of additional members of the Board of Directors for the 2021-2026 term;
+ Approval of the policy of transferring shares owned by Danapha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company at Davina Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company;
+ Discussion on meeting the conditions for a public company of Danapha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company according to the provisions of the Securities Law and Circular 19/2025/TT-BTC;
+ Other related issues within the authority of the General meeting (if any);
