Dismissal of members of the Board of Directors, election of additional members of the Board of Directors; Dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board, election of additional members of the Supervisory Board; Increase of the company's charter capital; Approval of the transfer of shares without public offering; Change of the company's charter (Article 5: legal representative)
