DCM: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corproration (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 20%/share (VND 2,000 per share)
- Payment time: 15/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance and Accounting Department - Petrovietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company on working days of the week from July 15, 2025. ID cards/Certificate of Share Ownership have to be presented. In case of authorizing another person to receive on his/her behalf, there must be a valid power of attorney (notarized or confirmed by the local authority).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
