+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at the Company's office, no.2 Bis Cach Mang Thang Tam, Xuan Binh Ward, Long Khanh city, Dong Nai province on working days (Monday to Friday) from 31/07/2025
Note: Shareholders have to present the following documents to receive cash dividend:
Ø For institutional shareholders: passbook/ownership certificate, letter of introduction  and ID cards of receivers have to be presented.
Ø For individual shareholders: passbook/ownership certificate, ID cards of receivers have to be presented. In case of authorization, the power of attorney certified by local authority is rquired.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
