MLC: Correction of the Annual General Mandate 2025

On June 17, 2025, Lao Cai Urban Environment Joint Stock Company announced the correction of the Annual General Mandate 2025 as follows:

+ The bonus fund in 2024 for executive managers and the executive Chief of the Supervisory Board is determined as 1.1 times the average actual monthly salary of executive managers and the executive Chief of the Supervisory Board:
VND2,745,129,600 : 12 months × 1.1 months = VND251,367,000
+ Bonus and welfare funds: VND8,706,627,203.
In which:

• Bonus fund for company managers and the Supervisory Board: VND273,249,920.
• Bonus and welfare fund for employees: VND8,433,377,283.

2. Remaining profit in 2024 for dividend payment: VND6,773,592,820

+ The bonus fund in 2024 for executive managers and the executive Chief of the Supervisory Board is determined as 1.1 times the average actual monthly salary of executive managers and the executive Chief of the Supervisory Board:
