FLC: 2025 Annual general meeting

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time and venue: to be announced in the invitation (The Company will send notice to shareholders' addresses and post on the company's website)
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Board of Directors on the business results in the first 6 months of 2025 and 2026 business plan.
+ Dismissal and election of additional members of the Company's Board of Directors.
+ Dismissal and election of additional members of the Company's Supervisory Board.
+ Other contents under the authority of the General Meeting 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
