KCE: Cancellation of securities registration

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the securities registration cancellation from 08/07/2025 as follows:

1. Information on Cancellation of securities registration:
- Name of the securities registering institution: Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company
- Securities name: Shares of Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company
- Securities code: KCE
- ISIN: VN000000KCE1
- Type of securities: Common stock
-  Quantity of securities before cancellation: 1,500,000 shares
- Quantity of securities to be cancelled: 1,500,000 shares
Reason: Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company cancelled the status of a public company
From 08/07/2025, the Service Contract between VSDC and Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company will terminate, local stock code: KCE,  ISIN VN000000KCE1 issued by VSDC will become invalid.
- The record date for VSDC to finalise the List of KCE securities owners to cancel registration: 02/07/2025.
2. Depository Members (DMs) are requested to:
2.1 From 01/07/2025, VSDC will stop providing depository, withdrawal and transfer of KCE share ownership. DMs are requested to inform investors of this content.
2.2 On 03/07/2025, VSDC will send to the depository member the MT596 with the data file of the List of owners of deposited securities and the MT598 requesting the DMs to confirm the List of owners of deposited securities.
DMs are requested to compare the information of the securities owners in the list provided by VSDC with the information managed by the DM and send confirmation via the MT596. In case of rejection due to data errors or differences, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10h30 am, 04/07/2025
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
2.3 From 08/07/2025, the securities code KCE, ISIN VN000000KCE1 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of  KCE shares. On the effective date of cancellation, VSDC sends MT596 with attached data file notifying securities accounting to relevant DMs. DMs are requested to withdraw KCE shares from investors' accounts on 08/07/2025 and inform relevant investors to contact the securities registering institution for issuing passbook/share ownership certificate.
3. Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company will
re-issue passbooks or Securities Ownership Certificate to the securities owners who have deposited according to the List of securities owners sent by VSDC to Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company after the effective date of cancellation.
4. Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of securities owners. Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information about securities and securities owners after the securities are deregistered at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of securities owners (if any) in accordance with the applicable laws.
