PSH: Recording the registration, depository data of PSH shares from listing platform on HOSE to registration for trading platform (UPCOM)

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository of PSH shares from the listing platform on HOSE to registration for trading platform (UPCOM) as follows:

- Total number of registered shares:  126,196,780 shares (In words: One hundred twenty-six million, one hundred ninety-six thousand, seven hundred eighty shares)
- Total value of registered securities: 1,261,967,800,000 VND (In words: One thousand two hundred sixty-one billion, nine hundred sixty-seven million, eight hundred thousand VND)
From 26/06/2025, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of PSH shares from the listing platform on HOSE to registration for trading platform (UPCOM) on VSDC's system.
Reason: shares of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company are delisted in accordance with Decision no.502/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 18/06/2025 by HOSE.
