CAD: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 743/QD-SGDHN dated 20/06/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CAD stock as follows:
- Issuer: CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CAD
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason: The Company recorded negative owner's equity in 2024 and the auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion on  the Audited Financial Statements 2024;
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Points a, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, CAD must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.607/GD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025

Notice of stock status
 On June 20, 2025, HNX announces the status of CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC’s shares (stock code: CAD) as follows:
- CAD shares are under trading restriction following the Decision 743/QD-SGDHN dated 20/06/2025 due to The Company recorded negative owner's equity in 2024 and the auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion on  the Audited Financial Statements 2024 according to the  provision at Points a, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- CAD shares are under alert following the Decision No. 745/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of Enterprise Law, as prescribed at Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange. It is only traded on Friday when it is put out of trading suspension
