S12: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no.49 CT/TCKT dated 18/06/2025 of Song Da 12 Joint stock company (securities code: S12), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce 10th change of payment of 2011 cash dividend of S12 share (record date: 31/10/2014) as follows:
Announced information in the Notice no.4038/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 04/05/2023:
- Payment time: 30/06/2025
Changed information:
- Payment time: 30/06/2028
Reason: Because restructuring of Company's production and business  has not been completed, the Company continues to face financial difficulties, and there are still many outstanding debts from institutions and individuals that have not been recovered, so the Company does not have money for 2011 dividend payment.
Other contents in the document no.4038/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 04/05/2023 by VSDC remain unchanged.
