HLD: Report on results of additional public offering of shares

On June 19, 2025, the State Securities Commission (SSC) received report on the results of the additional public offering of shares according to the Report on the results of the public offering of shares No. 965/HUDLAND-KTE dated June 18, 2025 of HUDLAND Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Company/HNX: HLD). Accordingly, the Company distributed 23,400,000 shares (reaching 100% of the expected number of shares offered).
