SAL: Change in personnel

Vietnam Salvage Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Van Be has been dismissed from his Chairmanship of the Board of Directors with effect since 27/06/2025
- Mr. Tran Phong Lan has been dismissed from his membership of the Board of Directors for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 27/06/2025
- Mr. Vu Dang Hung has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors for the term 2025-2030 in place of Mr. Nguyen Van Be with effect since 27/06/2025
- Mr. Le Trong Nghia has been appointed member of the Board of Directors for the term 2025-2030 with effect since 27/06/2025.
