S12: VSDC's Notice on adjusted dividend payment date

On 23/06/2025, Vietnam Securities Depository Corporation announced Official Letter No. 7811/VSDC-DKCP.NV on the adjusted exercise date of the 10th-round 2011 dividend payment as follows: 
Old payment date: 30/06/2025
Adjusted payment date: 30/06/2028
Reason: As the Company's business operations have yet to be fully restructured, the Company is still in serious financial trouble, with payables yet to be collected from partners.
