- Mr. Nguyen Van Hoach has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 28/06/2025
- Mr. Khuu Vinh Quy has been appointed Member of the BOD cum Director with effect since 28/06/2025
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Y Lan has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 28/06/2025
- Mr. Tran The Vinh has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 28/06/2025
- Mr. Duong Pham Dang Khoa has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 28/06/2025
- Mr. Le Ngoc Hung has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 28/06/2025
