- Tran Van Tuan has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 29/6/2025 term 2025-2030
- Duong Van Tuan, Phan Trung Hieu, Nguyen Manh Huynh, Tran Ngoc Hoang, Vu Phuong Anh have been appointed Member of the Board with effect since 29/6/2025 term 2025-2030
- Tran Van Tuan has been dismissed from  Chair of the Board with effect since 29/6/2025
- Tran Van The, Nguyen Huy Thinh, Nguyen Dinh Hoa have been dismissed from  Vice Chair of the Board with effect since 29/6/2025
- Phan Ngoc Tuan, Nguyen Duong Trung Hieu have been dismissed from  Member of the Board with effect since 29/6/2025
