CII: Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100 : 14 (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 14 new shares)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 1,003 CII shares on the record date to exercise the right to receive Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity. With the right exercise ratio of 100:14, the number of shares that shareholder A will receive is 1,003x14/100=140.4 shares. According to the principle of rounding , the actual number of shares that shareholder A will receive is 140 shares. The fractional shares of 0.4 shares will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company - address: 22nd Floor, 152 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (on weekdays). ID cards/Passport (for individuals) or Business Registration Certificate (for institutions)  have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
