* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 776/QD-SGDHN dated 02/7/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: Asia - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: APS
- Effective date: 04/7/2025
- Reason: Profit after tax in 2024 is positive and undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative;
- Basis for review: The financial statements 2024 of Asia Pacific Securities JSC were audited by UHY Auditing and Consulting LLC.
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 4, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 260/QD-SGDHN dated 01/4/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the stock under alert.

Pursuant to Decision No. 777/QD-SGDHN dated 02/7/2025, HNX announces the stock is under continued supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Asia - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: APS
- Effective date: 04/7/2025
- Reason: The auditing organization has an qualified opinion on the financial statements 2023 and 2024 of company;
- Basis for review: The financial statements 2023 and 2024 of Asia Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company were audited by UHY Auditing and Consulting Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point d, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

- APS shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 777/QD-SGDHN dated July 2, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the auditing organization has an qualified opinion on the financial statements of 2023 and 2024.
