Pursuant to Decision No. 769/QD-SGDHN dated 02/07/2025, HNX announces the stock is switched from supervision to alert as follows:
- Issuer: Steel Structure Manufacture JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: SSM
- Effective date: 04/07/2025
- Basis for consideration: Audited Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason: The profit after tax 2024 is positive and undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2024 is negative;
- Applicable regulations: Point b Section 4 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 454/QD-SGDHN dated 18/04/2025 on stock under continued alert and Decision No. 455/QD-SGDHN dated 18/04/2025 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock under continued supervision.
