VNA: Postal ballot; Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Postal ballot
- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Execution time: from 18/07/2025 to 05/08/2025
- Execution venue: Vinaship Joint Stock Company, 14 Vo Nguyen Giap, An Bien ward, Hai Phong city
- Content: approval of selling 1 ship in 2025: Vinaship Sea, 27,841 DWT, built in 1998 in Japan.
2. Payment of 2024 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 6%/share (600 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 20/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting department of Vinaship Joint Stock Company, no.14 Vo Nguyen Giap, An Bien ward, Hai Phong city on working days (Monday ~ Friday) from 20/10/2025. ID cards, Certifices of share ownership have to be presented. In case of authorization, valid power of attorney certified by local authority is required.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
