* Stock under alert status:
On 07/07/2025, following Decision No. 788/QD-SGDHN dated 04/07/2025, HNX announces the stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da Urban Investment Construction and Development Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SDU
- Effective date: 08/07/2025
- Reason: The Company has yet to organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 more than 6 months from the end of fiscal year, so the company has been put under alert according to Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulation on securities listing and trading attached to Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

-  SDU shares are under alert status according to Decision No. 788/QD-SGDHN dated 04/07/2025 of HNX due to the Company has yet to organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 more than 6 months from the end of fiscal year.
-  SDU shares are under supervision status according to Decision No. 338/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025 of HNX due to the company's the auditor has qualified opinions to Consolidated Financial Statements 2023 and 2024.
