HHV: Share issuance for 2024 dividend payment

- Payment rate: 20:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 20 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 50 shares is entitled to receive (50x1):20=2.5 shares. According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 2 new shares. The 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Head office of Deo Ca Trafic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, Km 11+500 route to the south of Hai Van Tunnel, Hai Van Ward, Da Nang City on working days (Monday ~ Friday, 7:30 am ~ 11:30 am, 1:30 pm ~ 5:00 pm) . ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
