Decision on being put on alert:
On July 04, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 787/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
•         Issuer: Sao Bac Dau Technologies Corporation
•         Securities type: Common stock
•         Stock code: SBD
•         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024 (the fiscal year from April 01 to March 31)
•    Reason: The audit organization has expressed the qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements of 3 consecutive years and more
.          Effective date: 08/07/2025 (July 08, 2025)
•       Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, SBD must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On July 04, 2025, HNX announces the status of Sao Bac Dau Technologies Corporation’s shares (stock code: SBD) as follows: SBD share are put on alert from July 08, 2025 according to Decision No. 787/QD-SGDHN dated July 04, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the audit organization has expressed the qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements of 3 consecutive years and more as prescribed at Point a Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
