- Meeting agenda: 
+ Dismissal of Mr. Dang Quang Thang from member of the Board of Directors (BOD) for 2025-2030 term due to his resignation
+ Dismissal of Ms. Le Thi Thi from Member - Head of Supervisory Board (SB) for 2025-2030 term due to her resignation
+ Election of one BOD, SB member for 2025-2030 term
