MED: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 12%/share (1,200 VND per share)
- Payment date: 31/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of Mediplantex National Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, no.356, Giai Phong road, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi during working time, Monday ~ Thursday, from 31/07/2025. ID cards have to be presented. For bank transfer, the Request of bank transfer has to be sent to the Accounting department for dividend transfer according to the list of shareholders entitled to dividend payment.
