MPT: The 2nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 was unsuccessful

On July 07, 2025, MPT Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: MPT) would like to inform the State Securities Commission, the Hanoi Stock Exchange and shareholders about the results of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 07/07/2025 as follows:
- The number of shareholders attending directly and through valid authorization is: 09 shareholders, representing the number of voting shares is: 1,508,500 shares, equivalent to 1,508,500 voting votes and accounting for 8.82% of the total voting votes of the Company.
Pursuant to the Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17,2020 and the Charter of MPT Group Joint Stock Company (Clause 1, Article 19): The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of MPT Group Joint Stock Company is not eligible to be conducted.
The company will convene the 3rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 on July 14, 2025
