* Decision on stock under alert:
Following No. 797/QD-SGDHN dated July 9, 2025, HNX announces the stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: HTC Holding Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: CET
- Effective date: 11/7/2025
- Reason: The listed organization has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 for more than 06 months from the end of the fiscal year;
-  Applicable regulations: Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
