* Decision on stock under alert:
Pursuant to Decision No. 796/QD-SGDHN dated July 9, 2025, HNX announces the stock is under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Education Cartography and Illustration JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: ECI
- Effective date: July 11, 2025
- Reason: Reason: The listed organization has not held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for more than 06 months from the end of the fiscal year
- Applicable regulation: Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
