VAB: Transferring registration, depository data of TAL shares from UPCOM to HOSE

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of data of registration and depository for TAL shares from UPCOM to HOSE as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 311,850,000  shares
From 24/07/2025, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of TAL shares from UPCOM to HOSE on VSDC's system.
Reason: Adjusting information of the trading platform at the request of Taseco Land Investment Joint Stock Company
