IVS: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 0.489%/share (48.9 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 05/08/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Guotai Junan Securities (VietNam) Corp, Room 9-10, Level 1, Charmvit Tower, no.119 Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi or company's branches on working days from 05/08/2025. ID cards and certificate of share ownership matching the registered shareholder information have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
