Decision on continued alert on UPCoM
Pursuant to Decision No. 867/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025, HNX announces the continued alert of HLY stock as follows:
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Another reason: The auditing organization gives a qualified opinion on annual financial statements for 3 consecutive years or more;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued alert as prescribed in this Decision, Yen Hung Construction Ceramic Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy. This Decision supersedes Decision No. 76/QD-SGDHN dated 14/02/2025.

Notice of stock status
On 10/7/2025, HNX announces the status of Yen Hung Construction Ceramic Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HLY) as follows:
- HLY shares are being put on alert due to the reasons that the Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; Annual Financial Statements that have been given an audit qualified opinion by the auditing organization for 3 consecutive years or more at points a, b, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by Vietnam Exchange;
- HLY shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has negative equity in its audited Financial Statements 2024 at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions.
