JOS: Notice on stock status

On 10/7/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company (JOS) as follows:
- JOS shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 869/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025 due to the reasons that the Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Points a, b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- JOS shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 424/QD-SGDHN dated 09/04/2025 due to the reason The company has negative equity in its audited 2024 financial statements at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
