Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 840/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HSI stock as follows:
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Another reason: the Company was late in submitting the audited financial statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; the Company had negative owner equity recorded in audited financial statements 2022
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points h, a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, General materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy. This Decision supersedes Decision No. 604/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025.

Decision on continued alert
On 10/7/2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 841/QD-SGDHN maintaining the following stock under alert:
Issuer: General materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company
Securities type: common stock
Stock code: HSI
Reason for maintaining alert: The auditing organization gives an qualified opinion on annual financial statements for 3 consecutive years or more
Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1, Article 32 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued alert as prescribed in this Decision, General materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy. This Decision supersedes Decision No. 749/QD-SGDHN dated 09/7/2024.

- HSI shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 840/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025 due to the reasons that the Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, in submitting the audited financial statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; the Company had negative owner equity recorded in audited financial statements 2022 at Points h, a, b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Exchange;
- HSI shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 841/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025 due to the reasons that the auditing organization gives an qualified opinion General materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company’s annual financial statements for 3 consecutive years or more as prescribed in Points a Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
