HTT: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Pursuant to Decision No. 818/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HTT stock as follows:
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Another reason: the audit organization gave disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statement 2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points h, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy. This Decision supersedes Decision No. 286/QD-SGDHN dated 02/4/2025.

Notice of stock status
On 10/7/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company (HTT) as follows:
- HTT shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on the Audited Financial Statement 2024; the company did not hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years based on Points h, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by Vietnam Exchange.
