Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCOM
Pursuant to Decision No. 819/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HLA stock as follows:
- Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises.
- Another reason: the Company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statements 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; the Company has negative owner equity recorded in reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2020;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are put out of trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Points h, a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Huu Lien Asia Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy. This Decision supersedes Decision No. 761/QD-SGDHN dated 09/7/2024.

Notice of stock status
On 10/7/2025, HNX announces the status of Huu Lien Asia Corporation’s shares (stock code: HLA) as follows:
- HLA shares are put under trading restriction due to the reasons that the company did not hold an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years, was late in submit audited semi-annual financial statements for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, had negative owner equity in semi-annual financial statements 2020 at Points h, a, b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by Vietnam Exchange;
- HLA shares are put under trading suspension due to the reason the company has no measures to remedy the cause leading to the stock being put put under trading restriction.at Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Exchange.
