Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 822/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of GTT stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025;
- Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Another reason: the Company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; the Company has negative owner equity recorded in reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2020;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are put out of trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Points h, a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Thuan Thao Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Thuan Thao Corporation’s shares (stock code: GTT) as follows:
- GTT shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No. 822/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 because The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; the Company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; the Company has negative owner equity recorded in reviewed semi-annual financial statement 2020; it belongs to the case of trading restriction as prescribed in Points h, a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange. Trading restriction: it is only traded every Friday when it is removed from trading suspension;
- GTT shares are under trading suspension according to No. 597/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 because the Company does not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction (continues being late in the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure) according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of the Law on Securities; thus categorized as trading suspension as prescribed in Point e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/5/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
