LTG: Decision on being put on alert

On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 886/QD-SGDHN putting the LTG stock on alert:
•         Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
•         Reason: The company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
•          Effective date: 14/07/2025 (July 14, 2025)
•           Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
