LTG: Notice on stock status

On July 10, 2025, HNX announces the status of Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LTG) as follows:
- LTG stock is on alert from 14/7/2025 according to Decision No. 886/QD-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025 due to the reasons that the Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises as prescribed at point b Section 1 Article 32 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange;
- LTG stock is under trading restriction according to Decision No. 610/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the reasons that the Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 and Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed at point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
