Decision on being put on alert
On July 10, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 895/QD-SGDHN putting the DAG stock on alert:
•         Base of review: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
•         Reason: The company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
.          Effective date: 14/07/2025 (July 14, 2025)
•       Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Dong A Plastic Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice on stock status
On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Dong A Plastic JSC’s shares (stock code: DAG) as follows:
- DAG shares are put on alert from 14/7/2025 according to Decision No. 895/QD-SGDHN dated 10/7/2025 due to the reason(s) that the Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange;
- DAG shares are put under trading restriction with the effect since 29/5/2025 according to Decision No. 660/QD-SGDHN dated 23/5/2025 due to the reason(s) that the Company is late in submitting the Audited Annual Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure according to Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange; trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly from the day the shares are put out of trading suspension;
- DAG shares are put under trading suspension with the effect since 01/11/2024 according to Decision No.1155/QD-SGDHN dated 25/10/2024 due to the reason(s) that he company was compulsory delisted due to serious breach of information disclosure according to Point 0, Clause 1 Article 120 of Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government on some articles of Securities Law as prescribed at Point d, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
